Location overview/details: The Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort is among the best tennis resort destinations in the US with 23 outdoor clay courts laid out in a beautiful setting adorned with Spanish moss and right on the eastern coast. With all the amenities you would expect right next to the courts plus a variety of restaurants and hot spots to further enhance your vacation, this truly is a great location for a weekend of friendly tennis and time to both create fun memories and forge new friendships.
Entry fee: Entry fees are per player though also please see the accommodation packages section below as these include your entry fee.
Accommodation packages: The key part to locking in this weekend is that we guarantee a certain number of villa bookings with the resort so coming to play in this tournament is great but if you want to really help us ensure we can do more of these at a variety of awesome locations, please consider booking one of the villa packages in the registration section below (all bookings include entry fees for each player plus all resort fees, taxes, and even the daily parking fee (because we figured it would just be mean to leave that as a later unpleasant surprise), and are over a 3 night period from Thursday check-in to Sunday check-out)!
Most of these villas are within walking distance of the courts though some will require a short (2-3 minutes) drive and each is exceedingly comfortable with a variety of personal touches and a great way to have a convenient base of operations throughout the tournament!
If this sounds like an excellent option then you will be able to select an accommodation package (while available) when registering for the tournament and then we will reach out to you both to express our gratitude for helping us out and to see who else will be staying with you so we can get their entry fees waived!
If you are wondering why we don’t have hotel room options available as well that is simply because all the hotel room options are already booked though in the future we absolutely intend to have these available as well!
